TRACKING

All international parcels can be followed using the tracking number provided to you during shipping. Here is a step by step guide.

POLAMER

1. Go to https://polamerusa.com/
2. Locate the “Search for Package” search bar
3. Insert your 7-digit tracking number located at the top right corner of your receipt
   (Sea packages will begin with 7 and air packages will begin with 1)
4. Click “Search”

DOMPAK

1. Go to https://dompak.us/
2. Locate the “Track my Shipment” search bar
3. Insert your 13-digit tracking number located at the top left corner of your receipt
4. Click “Search”

(Optional) If the parcel has been handed over to the local courier (DPD, UPS, DHL, etc.), you will see an additional tracking number highlighted in blue. Simply click on the link and you will be taken to the website of the courier and shown the exact current status of the parcel.
